Ruim 1 op de 6 Nederlanders (17,2 procent) heeft schulden. Bij tussen de 373.00 en 531.000 huishoudens is sprake van problematische schulden.
Meer dan de helft van deze groep maakt gebruik van schuldhulpverlening.
